What is the valid time frame to return an order?

The return policy is for specific products & applicable for KHI, LHR, ISL and other cities within 24 hours of delivery.

 

What is our Return policy?

According to the terms offered on our platform, all products are not eligible for return; however, the company will accept returns if the products are Damaged, Incorrect items, Expired items , or does not have the characteristics or features as advertised. We will not accept the returns in “Change of mind”. Products are not refundable under the following conditions;
Products are not returnable under the following conditions if;

  • The item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured by the customer.
  • The product packaging, packaging box, and/or packaging seal have all been tampered with. It is suggested that if the package appears to be tampered with, the customer should refuse to accept the order.
  • The product does not have a serial number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time the customer accepted the products from the rider.
  • Any damaged or defective product given by the customer.
  • The product is missing the original packaging and any accessories or handouts.
  • To maintain hygiene and efficacy, we can not entertain the return/exchange of cold chain and powder products.

Furthermore, milk products, cold chain items, medical devices without warranty, lose tablets/Capsules, Surgical products & wellness products are neither Refundable/Exchangeable.

How to Return?

Customer can initiate a return request for products which falls under the return policy by calling customer care at 021-111 822 428 or emailing us at care@medznmore.com  even dropping a message through our live chat on www.tabiyat.pk

Please make sure to keep the return package in its original packaging with all labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/bill from  www.tabiyat.pk on hand for verification.

Once your return request is processed, the following are the next steps to be taken:

For Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad - We will pick up the returned items within 24 hours  of order delivery time.

For Other Cities - TCS riders will pick the item at your doorstep within  within 24-48 hours of delivery.

 

Note: Please make sure to keep the return package in its original packaging with all labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/bill from www.tabiyat.pk on hand for verification.It is suggested that if the package appears to be tampered with, the customer should refuse to accept the order.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation of an order for medicines or healthcare products can be done from the “My Accounts > My Order > Details > Cancel order” screen on the www.tabiyat.pk website or mobile application. You can also cancel your order by calling our customer care number 021-111 822 428 and on live chat on www.tabiyat.pk before it is marked as “Shipped”. 

 

Refund Policy

 

What is the expected time for payback?

A refund can be claimed by calling our customer care at 021-111 822 428 or through live chat at  www.tabiyat.pk after the order is marked as “Completed”.

Please keep in mind that the refundable amount displayed on the Platform at the time of refund initiation is an estimate that will be finalized once verification is completed that you will be eligible for the refund according to our policy or not. For KHI,ISL & LHR our riders will pick up the product & for Other cities TCS riders will pick the products..

 

Refund Timeline: 
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Refund initiation process will take a respective duration once the complaint has been launched. For KHI, ISL, LHR & Other Cities: Within 24 hours of delivery. Note: Please make sure to keep the return package in its original packaging with all labels intact and no refund will be accepted on “Change of mind”. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/bill from www.tabiyat.pk on hand for verification.

 

Exchange Policy

 

Products are not exchangeable under the following conditions;

  • We will not accept the returns or Exchange on “Change of mind or customer placed wrong product".
  • The item has been opened, partially used, disfigured or damaged by the customer.
  • The product packaging, packaging box, and/or packaging seal have all been tampered with.
  • The product does not have a serial number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time the customer accepted the products from the delivery partner.
