Precautions

• Consult your gynecologist before using
• Store in a dry place away from sunlight
• Remove and clean the spoon and store in another container.
• Put the lid on tightly when storing in order to prevent foreign matter from entering the container

• Finish within one month after opening the container
• Do not keep the made formula for long, consume it immediately

How to Prepare

1. Pull the tab to remove
2. Remove the aluminum seal after detaching the lid and take out the spoon
3. Take 100ml of lukewarm water
4. Add 4 scooping spoons using the enclosed scoop (equivalent =18 grams)
5. Stir well until the constituents dissolve completely

Recommended Dose:

• Start of pregnancy till the mid of pregnancy: 2 cups per day
• During the end of pregnancy and lactation: 3 cups per day
