Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is prescribed to patients suffering from an active malarial infection.Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is a combination of two drugs,both of which are from the same chemical group known as antimalarial drugs.Malaria is transmitted through mosquitoes (plasmodium falciparum) and is prevalent in many countries.The virus once transmitted can infect human blood cells or the liver.Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is prescribed to eliminate viruses from infected blood cells.Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is not used for prevention of malaria.

Two tablets daily are usually (commonly) prescribed.Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is to be taken regularly with food,preferably at the same time each day to help the patient remember their daily dose.The patient ought to discuss with their physician before ceasing intake of the medicine even if the patient is no longer suffering from common symptoms of malaria,as ceasing the intake of the medicine has reported in cases of reinfection.

How To Use Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S

Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S is meant to be ingested orally (by mouth) with food or milk for a 3 day period.Gen-M Dispersible 20mg+120mg Tablet 8 'S can be ingested whole or crushed and sprinkled on food or mixed in with water or infant formula.

If you miss a dose of the medication, make sure you take it as soon as possible on that same day. If you don’t remember you missed the dose until the next day, do not double the dose and take your medication as per schedule as that will lead to serious adverse effects. If this happens very often, try setting an alarm as a reminder.

Pregnancy Use And Lactation

Contraindications
