Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S belongs to a group of chemicals known as Serotonin receptor antagonists and reuptake inhibitors (SARI), they’re prescribed to treat depression and anxiety as they maintain adequate levels of Serotonin in the bloodstream. Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S may also be prescribed to treat insomnia and/or schizophrenia.

A tablet is commonly prescribed to be ingested once or twice daily, either with or without food. The dosage of Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S is dependent upon the patient’s age, medical condition, patient’s response to the drug, any medications patient might be having along with Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S and any adverse effects felt by the patient. It is recommended that patients ingest Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S at the same time each day and put an alarm as a reminder if needed.

Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S is safe to be prescribed to patients over the age of 18 years but should only be prescribed to expectant and lactating women, if and when necessary. The intake of alcohol is prohibited while undergoing treatment with Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S as it may cause extreme drowsiness. If the patient is having other prescription drugs along with Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S they must inform their doctor.

Dosage

Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S’s dosage and duration of treatment may differ for each patient, as the treatment regime for each patient depends upon their weight, stage of illness, each patient’s response to Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S and any pre-existing medical condition a patient might have.

Adult Dosage

Depression: Patients suffering from depression are most commonly prescribed 150 mg as the starting dose. This dose may be taken throughout the day. Dosage may be increased or decreased during the treatment, depending on the patient’s response to treatment. Ingesting up to 300mg of Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S daily is considered safe.

Anxiety: Patients suffering from anxiety are commonly prescribed 75mg, to be ingested daily. Patients are advised to seek a physician’s consultation before taking any drug. Dosage may be increased or decreased during the treatment, depending on the patient’s response to treatment.

Child Dosage

Deprel 50mg Tablet 10 'S is not prescribed to patients aged 18 years and under.

Elderly Dosage 

Patients aged 65 years and above may be prescribed a lowered dose if need be or if the patient is diagnosed with kidney, liver, or heart illnesses.

Pregnancy Use And Lactation
