• Recommended dose: 1 tablet (diclofenac 50 mg-misoprostol 200 mcg) orally 3 to 4 times a day
• Maximum doses: diclofenac 225 mg/day; misoprostol 200 mcg/dose and 800 mcg/day

Osteoarthritis: 

• Recommended dose: 1 tablet (diclofenac 50 mg-misoprostol 200 mcg) orally 3 times a day
