Amoxil 125mg/1.25ml Drop 20 ml belongs to a class of drugs called “beta-lactam antibacterials/penicillins” (broad-spectrum antibiotics) that is used to treat bacterial infections, such as chest infections (including pneumonia), UTIs (urinary tract infections and dental abscesses. In children, it is used to treat chest infections and ear infections.
