Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Your order will be delivered within 4 hours after confirmation except for TCS. You may check this by selecting your order from the "My Orders" section. Keep an eye out for our order delivery updates. Or else you can check your order status tracking on your App or website front page.


Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Within the city, standard delivery takes 2-4 hours as per the city level timings, through TCS it takes 24 hours.


Q: Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
A: No, you can not get your order delivered to a different address once the order status is "Shipped". Before this you can change your address details.


Q: Which cities do you operate in?
A: We provide healthcare services all over Pakistan.


Q: Order status showing delivered but I have not received my order?
A: We are sorry you had to experience this.You can contact us as soon as possible after the order delivery is reported so that we can investigate the situation. Your request will be delivered to our internal department team and they will get back to you soon with a resolution.

Q: How does Tabiyat.pk handle temperature-sensitive orders?
A: All temperature-sensitive orders are handled via cold chain arrangements in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.


Q: What are your operational delivery timings?
A: For Karachi: The order delivery timings for Karachi are 10:00am to 05:00am. If you place your order after 05:00am, you will receive it the next day.
For Lahore: The order delivery timings for Lahore are 08:00am to 12:00am. If you place your order after 12 am, you will receive it the next day.
For Islamabad: The order delivery timings for Islamabad are 8:00am to 12:00am. If you place your order after 12:00am, you will receive it the next day.
Through TCS: Deliveries can be done anywhere in Pakistan between 09:00am to 05:00pm.


Q: What is the delivery timeline for Karachi?
A: Orders in Karachi are delivered within the interval of 4 hours after confirmation, except for TCS orders, for which the delivery timeline is 24 hours. Order delivery timeline for other cities is 24 -72 hours.


Q: What is the delivery timeline for Lahore?
A: Orders in Lahore are delivered within the interval of 2 hours after confirmation, except for TCS orders, for which the delivery timeline is 24 hours. Order delivery timeline for other cities is 24 -72 hours.


Q: What is the delivery timeline for Islamabad?
A: Orders in Islamabad are delivered within the interval of 2 - 3 hours after confirmation, except for TCS orders, for which the delivery timeline is 24 hours. Order delivery timeline for other cities is 24 -72 hours.


Q: What if I am not available when my parcel is delivered?
A: If you pay online, the parcel will be sent to the address you provide for each order. If you choose cash on delivery, please make sure that someone else can complete the payment and receive the parcel on your behalf if you are unable to do so.

Q: How to order?
A: Our user-friendly website and mobile application showcases thousands of products in a variety of categories. Simply browse > choose, and then add your chosen product to your cart by clicking "Add To Cart". Fill in your information and check out by selecting "Cash On Delivery" as your payment method. Our team will send you a confirmation email shortly after you place your order.


Q: How to use the cart?
A: You can add things to your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. To access your cart, click on the upper right corner of the website screen. The cart allows you to review the products you have chosen and their prices, as well as make any necessary changes.


Q: How do I upload my prescription?
A: When you are finished shopping at tabiyat.pk, go to your cart and you will notice an option "Upload Prescription" which you must click, upload your prescription, and then proceed. Continue to Checkout > Place Order. Once the prescription has been uploaded, one of our pharmacists will contact you to confirm the order.


Q: Can I buy an alternate medicine on my prescription?
A: Yes, you can purchase a substitute if your prescription contains the same generic composition.


Q: Do I have to create an account to shop on the platform?
A: Yes, you must first register an account before you place an order. Creating a user account provides us with the information we require to process and deliver your order. It also allows you to save your information so that you can buy with ease every time. Your tabiyat.pk account allows you to easily replicate your order by storing your account history, which is ideal for quick refills! Your user profile is also useful for keeping track of your patient history, tracking your order, and alerting you to special offers, discounts, and promotions.


Q: How do I know that my order has been placed?
A: After you place your order, our team will send you an email and a text message with your order number. Once your order has been confirmed and is ready to be processed, you will be notified through email and SMS. If you have not received any emails, please check your spam bin or call our customer care at 021-111 822 428.


Q: How can I check the items in my order?
A: To view the items on your order(s), navigate to the "My Orders" section, tap on the respective order, and you will see the "Items You Ordered" section.

Q: How long my prescription will be valid?
For controlled medicine it is mandatory to have a valid prescription, which is not older than 6 Months.


Q: How to log in/sign up on the Website?

  • Go to the official tabiyat.pk website.
  • Once you have accessed it, click "Log in or Sign Up."
  • After clicking it, a form will open on your screen.
  • Fill up all of the essential information on the form, such as your full name, email address, and the password you want to use.
  • After filling out all of the essential information, click on "Sign up." 
  • After you click it, you will receive a 6-digit OTP on your mobile.
  • After entering the OTP, you will be able to access our website.


Q: How to log in/sign up on the Mobile Application?

  • First install the "Tabiyat App" on your mobile phone.
  • Once installed, open it, and select "Account.
  • After you have selected it, you will be prompted to input your mobile number.
  • After entering your mobile number, select <">Use OTP," and you will receive a 6-digit OTP on your device.
  • After inputting the OTP, you will be able to access our App.


Q: Why did I not receive my OTP on SMS?
A: Please double-check your network connectivity. An SMS takes at least 1-2 minutes to arrive. If you have not received it yet, please contact our customer care at 021-111-822-428 or send a message through our live chat on  www.tabiyat.pk 


Q: How can I change the phone number linked to my account?
A: Once a mobile number has been used to create an account, it cannot be changed to another number within the same account. If you want to place an order with a different number, please create a new account with that number. If you require additional assistance, please contact us and one of our customer care specialists will gladly assist you.


Q: Can I get a different dosage other than what is mentioned in the prescription?
A: No, the medications will be provided in accordance with the dosage specified in the prescription. Self-administered medications will not be provided.


Q: How many prescriptions can I Upload/Attach in one order?
A: In a single order, you can upload up to 5 prescription photos that are 5MB or less in size.


Return/ Refund


Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, you may return your order if the items delivered are faulty, expired, or do not correspond to the item stated in the product catalogue. The items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.


Q: What is the return period for orders?
A: Medicines and healthcare goods purchased through our platform can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for ISL, LHR, KHI & Other cities.


Q: How do I return my order?
A: You can place a return request for any product by calling customer care at 021-111 822 428, emailing us at care@medznmore.com , or even droping a message through our live chat on  www.tabiyat.pk .
Please make sure to keep the return package in its original packaging with all labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/bill from  www.tabiyat.pk  on hand for verification.
After your return request is processed, the following are the next steps to be taken:
For Karachi - We will pick up the returned items within 24 hours of receiving approval for the return request.
For Other Cities - TCS will pick the parcel at your doorstep within 24-48 Hours of receiving approval for the return request.


Q: When will I get my refund?
A:Refund is initiated in the conditions when the product received by the customer is either damaged or Wrong product is delivered, in the case of missing items and also in case of short expiry products but short expiry must fall under six months.

Note: Refund will not be accepted in "Change of mind". Please keep in mind that the refund amount displayed on our platform at the time of refund initiation is an estimate that will be finalised once verification is completed. Once the rider has picked up the product, you will receive a refund for the total amount paid for the products you returned.
For KHI, LHR ISL & Other Cities: Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from when customer care initiates a refund.


Q: How does Tabiyat.pk return policy work?
A: According to the terms offered on our platform, all products are not eligible for return however, the company will accept returns if the products are Damaged, Wrong items, Expired items , or do not have the characteristics or features as advertised. We will not accept the returns in “Change of mind”.
Products are not returnable under the following conditions if;

  • The item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured by the customer. The customer is strongly advised to carefully inspect the package just before accepting products from the rider.
  • The product packaging, packaging box, and/or packaging seal have all been tampered with. It is suggested that if the package appears to be tampered with, the customer should refuse to accept the order.
  • The product does not have a serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time the customer accepted the products from the rider.
  • Any damaged or defective product given by the customer.
  • The product is missing the original packaging and any accessories or handouts.
    Furthermore, we do not accept returns on certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, loose tablets or capsules, and so on.


Q: What is the return period for orders?
A: Medicines and healthcare goods purchased through our platform can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for ISL, LHR, KHI & Other cities.


Cancellation


Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:Yes. You can cancel your order at any moment before it is shipped. You will not be able to cancel an order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse to you.

A: You can also cancel your order by calling our customer care number 021-111 822 428 or leave us a message on our email at care@medznmore.com or by live chat on  www.tabiyat.pk  before it is marked as “Shipped”.
If you refuse it at the time of delivery, a refund will be issued to the payment source if the item was paid online.
